Margarita Vienneau, Esq.

MANAGING PARTNER & ATTORNEY

Margarita Vienneau was hand-selected by the Law Offices of Campbell & Clark to take over the practice after over 30 years as leaders in the field. As the Managing Partner and Owner of Campbell, Clark & Vienneau, Margarita is a zealous advocate and a strong litigator, both inside and outside of the courtroom. As a prior prosecutor for both the Shasta County District Attorney’s Office and the San Bernardino District Attorney’s Office, Margarita has been involved in a vast number of trials with a high success rate. Attending law school as one of the youngest in her class at the age of 21, Margarita has spent over a decade dedicating herself to becoming an expert in her field with the overall goal of helping people. Additionally, she has experience in both civil litigation and family law. Her practice includes Estate Planning (including the establishment of Trusts, Wills, and Powers of Attorney), Trust Administration, Probate Administration, Conservatorships, Trust and Probate Litigation, Special Needs Trusts, Medi-Cal Planning, and Social Security Disability Litigation.

Margarita is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and the University of La Verne. When she is not passionately serving her clients, you will find her frequenting the local Farmers Market, taking a class at her local CrossFit gym, or spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, Piper. She currently sits as a Board of Director at Haven Humane Society, is a Funding Family member of Turtle Bay Exploration Park, and enjoys volunteering at local non-profits.
